Rebel Veterans Star Wars : Legion

When missions become particularly dangerous, the Rebel Alliance calls upon its most experienced fighters. The Rebel Veterans are battle-hardened soldiers who have survived countless clashes against the Galactic Empire. Thanks to their composure, discipline, and thorough knowledge of the terrain, they carry out the most critical operations with remarkable efficiency.

This expansion for Star Wars Legion adds a Corps unit consisting of 11 Rebel Veteran miniatures, specially trained to hold their positions against enemy assaults. True specialists in defensive combat, they are an excellent reinforcement for any Rebel army seeking to control the battlefield and resist Imperial offensives.

Their experience, equipment, and abilities make the Rebel Veterans a reliable unit, capable of effectively supporting the rest of your army during the most intense clashes.

Fighters Forged by the Toughest Battles

The Rebel Veterans are not mere soldiers. They are survivors of grueling military campaigns, where every decision could mean the difference between victory and defeat.

Their instincts have been honed through battles fought in the trenches, on devastated worlds, or in the heart of particularly hostile environments. This experience allows them to anticipate enemy movements and remain effective even when the situation becomes critical.

Accustomed to defending strategic positions, they know how to hold the front line while the rest of the Alliance prepares a counterattack or sets up a decisive ambush.

A particularly effective defensive unit

Rebel Veterans excel in combat where patience, precision, and control of the terrain are essential. Right from the start of the game, their B Prepared PositionB ability allows them to quickly occupy an advantageous position to secure key objectives.

Their B Low ProfileB trait further enhances their resilience by allowing them to effectively take advantage of cover on the battlefield. This combination makes them a unit that is particularly difficult to dislodge when defending a position.

Thanks to these abilities, Rebel Veterans can slow the enemy’s advance, protect critical objectives, or support other Rebel units throughout the battle.

Firepower Capable of Repelling the Empire

Rebel Veterans do more than just hold their ground. Once established in a favorable position, they can deliver particularly effective firepower against Imperial forces.

Their blaster rifles provide excellent mid-range support, while their various heavy weapon options allow you to tailor the unit to the needs of your army.

This versatility enables them to take on both infantry units and certain larger threats, all while maintaining their primary role of defending the terrain.

Their offensive effectiveness, combined with their ruggedness, makes them an essential unit for players seeking a force capable of holding the line without sacrificing firepower.

Detailed miniatures inspired by the Rebellion’s greatest battles

The 11 plastic miniatures faithfully reproduce the equipment and appearance of veterans who fought in the greatest battles of the Galactic Civil War.

Their uniforms immediately bring to mind the famous defenders of Hoth, while remaining perfectly suited to any theater of operations in the Star Wars galaxy. The varied poses lend the unit a dynamic feel and allow you to depict a squad in the thick of battle.

The numerous details on the uniforms, weapons, and accessories provide excellent material for modelers looking to create a unit that’s just as impressive on the game table as it is in their display case.

An essential expansion to strengthen your Rebel army

The Rebel Veterans are an excellent choice for players looking to build a balanced Rebel army capable of controlling objectives while withstanding enemy offensives.

Their ability to quickly occupy an advantageous position, their resilience against enemy fire, and their solid firepower allow them to fit easily into many army compositions.

Whether you’re an experienced player or a collector passionate about the Rebel Alliance forces, this expansion provides a reliable, resilient, and extremely versatile unit, ideal for taking on the Empire on any battlefield.
