Han Solo & Chewbacca Star Wars : Legion

Long before they became indispensable heroes of the Rebel Alliance, Han Solo and Chewbacca were already roaming the galaxy together, taking on smuggling jobs, risky ventures, and last-minute escapes. Their knack for getting into trouble was matched only by their ability to get out of it—often under blaster fire and with the Empire hot on their heels.

The Han Solo & Chewbacca expansion for Star Wars Legion lets you relive this period of their history right on your battlefield. The famous smuggler and his inseparable Wookiee companion are united in a Mercenary Operative unit capable of joining the ranks of the Rebel Alliance.

With two detailed miniatures depicting Han Solo and Chewbacca, this expansion adds as much character to your collection as it does to your games. It’s a particularly appealing choice for players looking to build a Rebel army full of personality and to include two of the most iconic characters from the Star Wars saga.

Han Solo and Chewbacca Before Joining the Rebellion

This version of Han Solo and Chewbacca depicts the two characters before they fully committed to the Rebel Alliance. At that time, their top priority was simply to survive, find the next lucrative contract, and avoid the fallout from their previous adventures.

From impromptu shootouts in spaceports to hasty departures into hyperspace, Han and Chewie have developed a remarkable ability to extricate themselves from the most dangerous situations. This chemistry carries over to the gaming table with a duo capable of combining firepower, resilience, and tactical flexibility.

Han Solo brings his experience with blaster combat and his ability to react quickly to unexpected situations. Chewbacca perfectly complements this approach with his strength and sturdiness. Together, they form a particularly effective unit for holding objectives and keeping enemy troops at bay.

A Mercenary Operative unit for the Rebel Alliance

Han Solo & Chewbacca can be integrated into the armies of the Rebel Alliance as a Mercenary Operative unit. This is an excellent way to bring new possibilities to your force while fielding an instantly recognizable duo on the battlefield.

Their profile allows you to capitalize on how well they complement each other. Their defensive strength enables them to effectively participate in controlling objectives, while their offensive capabilities pose a serious enough threat to make it difficult for enemy units to advance.

Their cards also let you capitalize on their unique traits and build different combinations with the rest of your army. This allows you to devise new strategies centered around Han and Chewbacca, use them to support your formation, or send them on particularly risky missions.

Recreate Battles Worthy of the Star Wars Saga

The arrival of Han Solo and Chewbacca on a Star Wars Legion table immediately brings a cinematic dimension to the battles. Their presence allows you to both recreate the atmosphere of the saga’s adventures and devise new scenarios where the two smugglers throw a wrench into the Empire’s plans.

Han’s unpredictability and Chewbacca’s power make it possible to create memorable situations during a game. They can defend a key position, support an offensive, or strike where the opponent least expects them.

For fans of the Star Wars universe, this is also an opportunity to add two iconic characters to a Star Wars Legion miniature collection. Players, collectors, and painters can put their own spin on this legendary duo thanks to the unpainted miniatures included.

Two Han Solo and Chewbacca miniatures to assemble and paint

The expansion contains 2 unpainted, plastic miniatures to assemble, depicting Han Solo and Chewbacca. They make an ideal painting project to bring two instantly recognizable characters from the Star Wars galaxy to life.

You can recreate their iconic looks or customize certain details to visually integrate them with the rest of your army. Once completed, the two miniatures will naturally find their place within a Rebel Alliance force or in a Star Wars collection.

This expansion is therefore aimed as much at players looking to expand their tactical options as it is at model-building enthusiasts seeking two iconic heroes to assemble, paint, and display.
