Hawkshroud Yellow 1: the darkest shade in a five-shade color progression

Designed for both beginner and experienced miniature painters, Hawkshroud Yellow 1 serves as the starting point for the Hawkshroud Yellow color progression. Its dark yellow tone allows you to emphasize shadowed areas, define volumes, and create sharp contrasts, particularly on armor, clothing, and decorative elements.

The Warhammer Tone Pro system offers five complementary shades to easily achieve harmonious gradients:

• Hawkshroud Yellow 1: the darkest shade for deep shadows.
• Hawkshroud Yellow 2: a dark shade for initial transitions.
• Hawkshroud Yellow 3: a mid-tone for the main volumes.
• Hawkshroud Yellow 4: a light shade for initial highlights.
• Hawkshroud Yellow 5: the lightest shade for bright highlights.

This intuitive progression allows you to control contrasts and reveal the volumes of your miniatures with precision.
